Printed at high resolution with light-fast and waterproof inks, super-strong, wind resistant and suitable for all weathers. They look fantastic indoors or out and will last for years. Signs for any situation Aluminium dibond is a composite aluminium material, sometimes called Aluminium Composite Panel or ACP. It’s rigid and extremely strong but very lightweight. It comes in 3mm thick panels with a polyethylene core and white aluminium facing sheets. It’s the strongest outdoor signage material for its weight, and the only choice for any outdoor sign that’s likely to experience a high wind load. Your choice of finish Our dibond signs are printed straight-to-board as standard. They are fully weather-proof for outdoor use. They have a satin finish that is somewhere between matt and gloss. If you want extra scratch resistance and increased UV protection, or you just want a definitive matt or gloss finish then choose one of our laminated options. Please note our standard unlaminated product is fully suitable for outdoor use. Lamination is not normally necessary but may be desirable for hard wear areas or if you require a highly matt or highly gloss finish. Just check the relevant options on the order form above. Contour cut We can cut dibond to any shape on our industry-leading CNC router. This includes interior cuts to create windows or slots. Just choose the ‘Contour cut’ option from the form above and supply artwork with vector cut paths that describe where you would like the cuts.
