The packing isn’t gonna blow your socks off. And this is a used computer, so expect a couple of scratches and maybe even a little dust. That doesn’t bother me, nothing was broken, so we were good. This is my second purchase from SJ Computers, and I’ve been extremely happy with my first purchase for the past two years. As far as the computer goes, the tower and monitor look older, but seem to be running ok. (It’s for my teenager to do online school next month.) To get the same processor, hard drive, memory, etc, it was well over $1,000 brand new, so this was a much more affordable alternative. This computer was easy to set up and connect to our WiFi, etc. I also added my own second monitor, and it connected without any problems. Even though I saved money versus buying new, this was still over $350 including taxes and the extended warranty, so I’m hoping this computer continues to perform well.
