Our markalean floor marking tape rolls offer an industrial grade warehouse line marking system with the added benefit of being the thinnest self-adhesive product of its kind available on the market. With an overall height of just 570mu, markalean allows us to offer a durable and lean 5S floor marking tape at a lower price, making it a cost-effective alternative for more stringent budgets. Application is easy, simply peel the liner and apply to a clean and dry surface that is free from any loose contaminants such as paint flakes. Unlike traditional resin floor marking systems markalean can be walked on instantly after application, although full adhesive bonding strength needs around 24 hours, and will not emit any fumes or smells being it can be applied without shutdowns in a working environment. markalean solid colours are constructed from a solid piece of homogenous coloured plastic film of a 500mu thickness, and hazard patterns a 250mu printed base layer with a 250mu clear surface film. This ensures that the colours remain strong and vibrant and ensures that the Hazard patterns will not be scuffed and scrapped off. It is then finished off with a strong water-resistant adhesive, suitable for indoor and outdoor applications. This is means our markalean rolls can be used to mark out bays, aisles, and walkways in areas of both heavy foot and even wheeled traffic and will last much longer than traditional vinyl floor marking tapes. Our markalean rolls are available as standard in widths of 25mm, 50mm, 75mm, and 100mm, but can be produced in any width from 15mm up to 1260mm upon request should your marking needs require something other than the stock sizes.
