The encampment represents the
reconstruction of a military camp from the XII-XIII century, composed
of up to five medieval tents, didactical desks, one or more fire pits
used for cooking and dining tables for men-at-arms and commoners alike.
The camp is also a place of interaction with the public, to whom we are
more than glad to give any sort of information about the figure of the
medieval knight or about middle ages in general, by answering their
questions or curiosities.
The camp is also animated by men-at-arms training for combat,
surgeons curing sick or injured people, commoners intent on preparing
meals and many other activities from the XII-XIII century, in which the
spectators are introduced by theoretical and practical
explanations. |
